This June, we conducted our regular quarterly survey asking randomly selected Customers for their feedback. 95% of respondents said they are satisfied with IPFS overall, and 94% of users are satisfied with ipfs.com.

IPFS TotalPay is making it easier than ever for agencies to convert to an online insurance buying process. With the introduction of IPFS TotalPay, our Customers can now provide premium financing as well as payment in full options to their insureds, all in one portal.

The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (“DOBI”) has recently announced that insureds that are suffering a financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 and who financed their insurance premiums through a premium finance company may be eligible for a 90-day grace period on their installment payments. For more than 40 years, Imperial PFS has made it possible for business owners to pay their insurance premiums via installments through traditional premium financing. We are now pleased to add more flexibility to our payment options – the ability to pay premiums with a single payment. With the addition of the ability to pay in full, clients may choose the payment option that works best for them.

We are pleased to announce that on March 2, SNAP Premium Finance joined the IPFS Corporation family. We look forward to the opportunity to unite our efforts in making the premium finance process simple for all our Customers across North America.

We are proud to announce that as of June 10, 2019, Bulldog Premium Finance has joined the Imperial PFS family. In addition, IPFS is now the preferred premium finance company of Bass Underwriters.
